Mert’s Life & Crafts
I am a wife and mother of 5 children. I am also a caregiver for my Mother-In-Law that has Dementia. I work a part time job at a Diesel Automotive shop. I love doing crafts and sewing. I have been sewing since I was young and love to learn more all the time on how to do things. I love to do just about any crafts. I did own a craft store at one time but had to shut down because of Covid and to be home for my family.
I am married to a wonderful man that has been with me thru ups and downs. We will be married for 22 years this year and together for 25 years. Marriage is not bliss all the time but it takes two to make it work and I am blessed to be with him and so thankful we
put in the work to make a great life.
We have 5 wonderful kids. 1 Boy and 4 girls. Our son is married to a wonderful girl (bonus daughter). We have our 4 girls still had home. My kids are my life and so blessed to have been blessed with them.
We are moving my Mother-in-Law in. She has dementia. We are moving her in so I can be her caregiver. She is a wonderful lady and still can do alot by herself. I just hope we can make her life happy and we will have alot of more time with her.
I work at a Diesel Automotive Repair shop. I helped open it almost 3 years ago. I did almost anything that was needed in me. I have loved the job. I stepped down recently to part time and doing more of just accounting for the company. I will need to be home more now.
I also do Subsitute teaching when I get the chance. I ran a home daycare for 19 years which was great because I got to stay home with my children until they went to school. So being around kids is a joy to me.
